Expertise . What I know
My expertise is strategy, change, performance, and the relations between these three. It’s my expertise as a practitioner and as an academic. By combining relevant research, mine and others, from the management and behavioral sciences with the extensive practical experience from large and small organizations as an internal employee, and as an external advisor, I offer insights not provided elsewhere.
Over the years I have worked with and researched, publicly listed multinationals, privately held companies, start-ups, municipalities, governmental bodies, unions, and NGOs. I have clients in manufacturing, real estate, engineering and construction, telecom, Life science, financial services and insurance, professional services, logistics, education, retail, health, and social work.
My context varies, but the issues evolve around one main challenge:
How can organizations perform better and create long-term success in changing environments?
This question takes different sizes and shapes, but most of the challenges I help organizations and individuals understand and tackle, are included in the framework for strategy issues shown below.
The framework was developed in a book we wrote. I have also written a little something about this framework in my thoughts.
